Our award winning Bourbon Whiskey gets some final grooming in 59 gallon Tawny Port casks of various age, adding aroma and flavor of sultana raisin and maple syrup to round out and soften the natural spicy finish. Each batch will have a unique expression unto itself, released when superior port casks become available.
