You are eligible for a refund or replacement if the received order is incorrect. In order to be eligible for a refund, please notify us at support@gordonswine.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. We reserve the right to reject your requests for a refund or replacement if proof that the incorrect product was received cannot be provided.
