Grain Neutral Spirit (GNS) Do not drink this straight! It is not vodka. In fact, it is what vodka is made from after water is added. It is 95% ethanol (190 proof). Great for spirit-creating hobbyists, and for making a sanitizer for surfaces, including hands (with the right dilution).
