Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut NV 750

Founded in 1937, Le Mesnil is a co-operative based in the Cote des Blancs subregion of Champagne, known for the high quality of its Chardonnay. For this bottling, whole clusters of Chardonnay are delicately pressed, fermented in stainless steel and aged for at least 3 years on the lees. A quintessential ‘blanc de blancs’ Champagne, this has notes of fresh green apple, citrus, bread dough & pastry with a delicate mousse (fine bubbles).
