G.D. Vajra Langhe Rosso CV 750

Founded in the early 70s, the Vajra winery (winery with a ‘j,’ family name with an ‘I’) obtained one of the first organic certifications in the area. They are known for their elegant style, straddling the line between traditional & modern, and for their focus on expressing the many indigenous varieties of Piedmont. The Vajra Langhe Rosso is a blend of Piedmontese red varieties that are fermented and aged in stainless steel, resulting in a bright and fresh wine with notes of berries and flowers and smooth tannins on the finish. The Vairas describe this as “a hug from Piedmont!”
